Surrogates is a good movie, at least I think so.

It has been quite some time since I last visited Miri Cineplex. After 20 months working in Brunei, I almost forgot that Wednesday is the "Movie Day" which we can enjoy any movie at RM5 (normally it is at RM10, which is an "Ouch!" for me because mostly, I treat people when going to movie).

2 days ago when visiting Parkson with 2 friends, B said Parkson on Wednesday is more crowded and only then I recalled about this "Movie Day".

Decided thereafter, yesterday I skimmed for the movies on show, and went for a movie session with my buddy Zhi Hui. Of course I did ask B as well but well, B seemed to be not interested (as he once told me going to movie is suffering); I didn't have much hope too.

Surrogates is starred by Bruce Willis. It talks about how humans use surrogates to live, instead of using their real bodies. People choose to use surrogate because surrogates are more powerful, indestructable, beautiful and blah blah.. too many to remember haha..

People has forgotten about the real mean of life and continually deceiving themselves. Bruce Willis as one of the surrogate operator, is the first to realise about this fact.

In the very end, Bruce Willis was the one pressed down the button to destroy all the surrogates in the world.

It was an enjoyable movie session! I enjoyed the atmosphere (like I always say). I am wondering why people prefer downloaded version of movie than going to cinema.. Of course, if money is not the issue.
